Documents are stored across shared drives, Outlook inboxes, and other disconnected locations, making them difficult to track, find, and access.

Growth has Spudrick stressed, and SPUD's documents are not helping. A therapy session reveals what happens when a credit union has information everywhere except where employees need it.
